Residential Rates

• Normal Rooms – $35
• Small Hallways – $15
• Stairs /1 flight (up to 13 steps) $40.
• Additional steps $2 each / landings $5.
• Area Rugs/Oriental Rug: onsite (for lightly soiled rugs) $.65 to $1.00 sq. ft 
  offsite(for more heavily soiled rugs) $1.50 to $2.50 sq. ft 
  *Cost is based on fiber type, size and any extra treatments. 
  ** We offer pick up and delivery for a $25.00 fee.

• Regular Sofa – $80 / Sectionals – $140-$150

* 2 to 3 room minimum depending on location.

* If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call no less than 24 hours before your appointment time. If no one is home when the technician arrives, he will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled time before it is considered a no-show. No-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling appointments less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
