However, no matter how much we love our pets we can’t and shouldn’t ignore their capacity to make a mess on our upholstery, carpets and rugs. There’s also the issue of pet odor that gets trapped in the carpet and upholstery fibers. Ultimately bacteria will breed and can become a problem to your health.

We will always review the situation with you, and will provide you with choices in how to best treat your particular problems.
We have three ways of treating odor:
- Minor Odor Treatment – In many cases our normal cleaning process is all that is needed to correct minor pet problems. The powerful action of our citrus fresh process can effectively remove urine from the surface of the carpet. We can also provide an additional treatment with a Botanical Disinfectant that kills 99.99% of germs and helps also eliminate odors with an additional cost of $15.00 a room (ask to see our brochure on this disinfectant).
- Moderate Odor Treatment – This process will reduce the odor significantly, but may or may not completely cure severe problems. The water claw sub surface extraction process is done before we even start our normal cleaning process. This process is $20.00 for the first spot and $10.00 for each thereafter. We use a special oxidizing deodorizer so the cleaning agent reaches into the padding. We then use our “water claw” sub surface extractor to pull the urine out.
- Major Odor Treatment – The carpet is pulled up and padding is discarded and replaced in the problem areas or entire room. The carpet is thoroughly cleaned on both sides with enzymes and oxidizing agents that neutralize the urine. The cost can range from $150 and up depending on the size of the situation.
