- Stairs /1 flight (up to 13 steps) $40. Additional steps $2 each / landings $5.
- Area Rugs/Oriental Rug:
onsite (for lightly soiled rugs) $.65 to $1.00 sq. ft
offsite(for more heavily soiled rugs) $1.50 to $2.50 sq. ft

- Office Chairs – $5.00 a cushion
We DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for:
- Wool
- Berber
- Heavily soiled areas
- Pet stains
Because our solution is an environmentally safe solvent, we recommend cleaning your carpets at least once a year as a proactive means of removing harmful pollutants. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends having them cleaned every 6 months if you have pets, small children, or spend a lot of time on the carpet. It’s our belief that carpet cleaning is foremost a health issue and secondarily an appearance issue. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
