In our business, we understand the importance of hiring team members that are courteous, friendly and trustworthy. All of our employees are drug tested and background checks reviewed. Greg and Mary always wanted to become entrepreneurs and wanted to own their own business. In 2006, this became their dreams when the opportunity arose in Charlotte, NC in leaving the corporate world to become business owners of a carpet cleaning company (Citrusolutions) in South Charlotte, NC. They have successfully managed and operated this small business for 3 ½ years, until a new opportunity brought them to Charleson, SC in 2010.
Greg and Mary again, had the opportunity to start their own carpet cleaning business, “Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning”, in Mt. Pleasant, SC in June of 2010. This new business started out of their home with a three car garage, cleaning area rugs in their driveway. With the growth and HOA rules, they had to quickly find a business location for their business to move into. Over the next 14 years, they had to move their company location three times to accommodate for the rapid growth and needed space for their fleet and rug cleaning business.
Meet Our Great Team
Greg Broome
Owner
Greg grew up near Palm Springs, CA and lived in California for 17 years before joining the US Navy. Greg is a Navy Veteran, serving 10 years and earned a BS in Aviation Management while on active duty. He worked for US Airways for 13 years as a Licensed FAA Mechanic. Greg’s hobby was racing motocross throughout Southern California. Greg has become highly skilled in carpet stretching and repairs in the business, along with power washing services. Greg enjoys both street cycling and mountain biking, he also loves to travel as much as possible in the states and other countries around the world.
Mary Broome
Owner
Mary was born and raised in Akron, Ohio before leaving for college to Atlanta, GA where she acquired a AS Degree in Fashion Design. She had a long career as a Senior Designer for Children’s Apparel for over 28+ years. She than joined Greg in working full time on the starting their own business in the carpet and rug cleaning business. Mary is the Financial and Marketing Officer in the company. She loves traveling with Greg, working in her flower gardens, traveling with Greg as much as possible and taking care of her mother and furry kids.

Happy Team Motivators
Sunday is “Beaglier” – a Beagle & a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breed! Lots of Beagle in this Sunday, as she loves to chase squirrels and run with her nose to the ground! But you see the “Sweet” side of her Cavalier spirit having the most loving temperament, loves to snuggle up close with not a mean bone in her body!
Monday is a mini Goldendoodle, who also has a very sweet temperament, who just always wants to be noticed and loved by everyone! One of her favorite things to do all day – loves to Eat!
Both Sunday and Monday are Best Friends and it is just so fun to watch them chase, pull, and tug on each other all day long. When they come to the office – it sure does bring a sense of Joy and Happiness into the atmosphere!
