We will refund or credit you the portion of the service that was not to your satisfaction. We must be notified within 7 days following our original cleaning and the recleaning must be accomplished within 10 days of notifying us. This does not apply to manufacture defects, installation issues or services that we state cannot be guaranteed on work order.
